So he admitted to voyeurism and they are just now charging him?! Or is that more of it the video corroborates his original testimony?

I don’t think he originally turned in the video of the actual sex taking place. I believe they only released clips. Prosecution recently received the entire phone, saw sex, so added this charge

To me it seems it wasn’t “rape” or forceful rape. It was a girl highly intoxicated and being taken advantage of while being filmed. So they charged the guy that filmed it with a crime .
