I have a feeling he’s done or at least done as a starting RT for us. Just trying to understand if we can get any cap relief in 2024 but giving him a mulligan year so to speak.


The cap hit would be OK. If he was to retire first thing that would happen is lowering his base salary to the minimum, that'll drop 16 million off his current 27 million cap hit.
Then, they'll wait until after June 1st to cut him, that'll split the prorated cap hit over 2 years.
