You have Jose and Naji if you need an energetic spark plug and you have Hawkins and Matt Ryan if you need some shooting
But I think those 8 will be the default 8

Your 8th guy is matchup dependent. You probably bring in Jose as the main 8th guy, but use Dyson if you need extra defense or Hawkins if you need extra shooting.
Realistically, the 8 man rotation is probably closer to a 9 player rotation with Jose and Dyson. I don't see Hawkins or Naji getting a lot of playing time in a playoff series if everyone is healthy.

I think that's probably right but right now if I had to make a coaches I think I'd ride with Jose over Dyson.
Thankfully that is not something we have to do because the rest of the year is going to be huge for Dysons development. But, if the playoffs started today, I think Jose is a more important piece. Shooting almost 40% from three, is the spark, and his defense/steals/turnovers forced is so big.
To Doc's point, it's better for this team if Dyson got to the point where we all were like "yea you can't take away Dysons minutes and give them to Jose." But he's not there yet and might not ever get there.
