re: Should people who blast their music in public places be kicked in the genitals?

I don't care what other people listen to, but they could at least roll their windows up and keep it to themselves. I appreciate their willingness to 'share', but no thank you. I don't crank up my Beethoven Moonlight Sonata, or Sarah Brightman, and inflict it on the general public.
