Because they aren't baby back bi**hes.

If you don't think you are a good enough coach to keep the ball rolling at Alabama after Nick Saban leaves, then you aren't much of a competitor.

You're right about the drawbacks, but a lot of guys want that job.

Then shouldn’t they stay at the job they are at and establish that program instead of running to something built for you?

Bama was Saban. Saban would have dominated at Texas, at Oregon, at FSU, at Washington

Kirby proved that at UGA. No titles in 40 years and then he wins 2 back to back. It’s the coach when you are at a major p5 school . Not the “mystique” of the program. Period

Saban would have had a shite ton of titles at all of the above places. If you are truly an elite coach, you can have big success there. Why leave?
