Since we have not yet been informed anything about the DC situation, I am thinking that Les is going to wait until after the bowl game to make his decision.
If Malleveto perform well and come up with a win and stop GT's triple option, he might stick with them for another yer and see how it goes. If not, then he'll look for a DC during the off season.

I may be wrong and I hope I am wrong.

I am all for a new DC at the earliest if not for the bowl game.

I guess he is experimenting with our program. Man I hope LSU survives all this experimenting and hope our recruiting doen not have any impact.

Let GOD BE WITH US...

Any comments??

My comment is you're an impatient boob. All reports say that Les has talked to several people and a change will be made. As far as our recruiting impact, that's was Les is doing right now so I'd rather him spend his time comforting our recruits than comforting a bunch of message board coaches.

Since Mom hasn't informed me that she is going grocery shopping, I am thinking she will wait until I die of hunger before making her decision.

Signed,

My 4 year old daughter

Oh you mean the DC situation at LSU right now is equivalent to a mom not going to Grocery shopping? That is Les Milesish!!!

Nope. I mean that my not knowing what he is planning has no effect on said plans.

Reacting to the lack of knowledge in a panicky way, is childlike.

In the grand scheme of things, yes it kind of is. Just because she doesn't tell you she's going doesn't mean she's going to let you starve to death. You'll eat (get a DC) in due time.

Damn straight.

I'd rather get blown out in a meaningless bowl game than sabotage the entire season for next year.

If you don't think that fans who buy ticket s whining doesn't have an effect oncoaching decisions, then you weren't here when Miles was about to bring in Bill Clay a s his DC. Of course it does. If fans filled the stadium no matter what a team's record was there would never be an incentive for change.

The better analogy is that when your kid shits on the floor, do you say "that's okay honey" and hope that it changes or do you do something about it?

The fans in a football program aren't the coach's children.

They're customers. When they complain, stop going to games, etc. changes are made. Some coaches can proactively make chang es before this happens. Others get fired.

I hope you feel better. However, This decision will be made long before your "ticket sales" takes affect. YOU can hold your breath and cry. I will sit patiently. We will BOTH get the same DC at LSU.

The evidence is him not hiring a DC until this point. Not meaning that they should coach the bowl game but at least for the next season

its not enough that they be removed as DC, they need to be off the staff. these kids deserve better. Patrick Peterson deserves better than Mallory as a DB coach, Keiland and Trindon desrve a better ST coach than Peveto. Since when did we promise lifetime employment? they took the promotion, its not a lottery ticket, it came with risks. they f'd up, badly, they deserve to go.

im optimistic Miles will do the right thing. im sure its just coincidence that Mallory is a Michigan man.

They should have been let go immediately after the Arkansas Game.
The most worrying aspect is that, Miles says that except for a couple of blown up coverages and missed tackles, Our defense played well.
How the heck he can feel that the defense played well anytime this year (except may be discounting the 2nd half of South Carolina game)

I mean if he feels loyalty is what is important, he better leave before it is too late.

Did he watch Alabama play Florida play in the SECCG game? That is defense right there. They held Florida offense to less that 5 touchdowns.

God let something happen in Les's mind
