I have Stihl and Echo and would choose either. I find the Echo is a little easier to start and that’s about it. I have a Ryobi hedger and Air Pump on a battery and the battery life is just not there to warrant going with edger or blower. My Mom has the small black and decker battery blower and loves it for her small use on the patio and sidewalk.
