NFL success is very difficult without elite QB play, which every team is looking for. That’s what is so impressive about Mike Tomlin imo.

You’re right, it’s very hard to win without great qb play in the NFL. But Saban quit pretty fast. He didn’t want any of the NFL. Harbaugh made it work with Kap
