How bad is the 2nd String Washington RB?

They are playing a one legged guy over him. Really?

DJ had 1100 yards this year. Next guy had 172

Corum for Michigan has 1111 yards and his backup has 393. Those backups are capable. Play the healthy guy to give yourself a running threat.

He's by far the best pass blocker. That's the main reason the backup doesn't see the field.

I almost feel like they’re better off just letting the 2nd string back eat. Give DJ some snaps here and there but the backup has to be the better running option at this point

I was thinking it had to be related to the passing game. He's playing on one leg.
