Louisiana has some of the toughest tort laws to collect damages on in the entire country
Can we get some examples of these toughest tort laws that make it so difficult to collect damages in Louisiana?

I’ve been a defense lawyer in this state for a long time. This is a laughable statement.
The root problem in this state is that judges are politicians, and politicians love money. States where judges are appointed rather than elected do not have as many problems with nuclear verdicts, and the plaintiff’s bar is not the state’s biggest industry.
