Meh, i support a civilized country. I'm also getting older so douchebags with pipes or idiots blaring their music so loud i can't hear my own radio grinds my gears.

Well, it's another form of enforcement. Again, i'd prefer cops stopping every a-hole with pipes that revs them up under the overpass to signal how "awesome" they are, but i'll settle for fines being mailed to them.

I can be conservative and not like trash at the same time. I'm strange that way.
