My provider. I got my results through a patient portal. I am waiting for them to call me today with a path forward. I am over weight and can’t shake it and I have no energy all the time. My level was 90 it said on my test. Fairly active, chase a lot after my young kids. And I’m 37. I do not hit the gym
I am not having bedroom issues tho.
i find providers tend to start you out on lower dosages. i think that's good thing. i went with a clinic and they started me at 180 and bumped me to 200 mg a week pretty shortly after. then threw anastrozole and gonadorelin at me. i wish i had known a little more and was less trusting going into it. my libido and got crushed and ED was a real issue. my numbers were always "ideal". Everyone doesnt do well at "ideal" numbers though. long story short after getting jerked around every which was and consulting with other clinics ive been lowering my test and dropped everything else. improvements in mood, libido, ED. im still working on a sweet spot but probably will continue to lower test dosages. wish i would have started backing down on test significantly sooner.
TLDR: start slow and with moderate test dose, if you have issues dont be afraid to back off dosage wise.
