Yea…and they’re an 1/8 of mile behind the person they’re following when they see you come up on them…they hop in the left lane to pass.
I’m sure they cuss me, because if they leave me an inch more than I need I’m fricking around them on the right at speed…whip back into the left lane and I’m on my way…hope they shite themselves. I’m pretty good at classical mechanics…

You’re an idiot. The left lane for passing requires you to use just a pinch of common sense. It does not mean ‘I have initiated my passing maneuver, as long as I am technically passing, even if it takes 7 miles, I am not a giant fricking cock sucker and am following the rules as intended’
