Well, I have certainly questioned the man enough - so when he gets his team to do something I did not think them capable of - rebound, and against a team that coming in rebounds as well as any in not just the conference but the country, I have to tip my hat.

Well done sir, the rebounding was the key to victory, something I never thought I could say about this team.

Geaux Tigers!

The game went a lot better than I had thought it would from previous play this year.

Credit the players and the Coach.

Give props when they are due and criticize when you have to,

Until last night, McMahon had beaten only one team “not supposed to beat” at LSU (Arkansas last year). So there was an objective basis for the criticism. Tonight LSU went on the road and beat a good team at THEIR own game. This was a not a win because LSU shot lights out. FAR from it.

I said before the game the early conference schedule can sometimes lend itself to unexpected results as the teams adjust to conf play (though it didn’t expect this would be one of those results). The next game presents a really good opportunity for a win for LSU, and winning can build confidence/momentum…particularly for a program that hasn’t had much in 1.5 years.

Overall you tip your hat to McMahon and the team. It’s great to see all of those guys have something to smile about after a game. Hopefully it continues
