At least, some parts of it.
5th Circuit just told NAACP to pound sand on its challenge of the special jurisdiction and court for the Capitol complex.

I still don't understand their argument of "not having proper representation?" or something like that.

Only blacks should be able to represent, prosecute or adjudge other blacks.
If the opposite rule applies (whites only), they'd lose their fricking minds.

This is an awesome first step in taking Jackson back.
Basically, the state created a new special jurisdiction based on Jackson being the location of the Capitol. Now, crimes committed in most of Jackson no longer go through the corrupt DA and courts - it's a state court and prosecution. Which means criminals are going to jail.

Because they’re stupid and too stupid to see how stupid they are and how they’re being played by the White liberals.

Part of it anyway.
The citizens of Jackson absolutely make that city a complete loss.
Mayor screws up the water utility? Patch and continue. Citizens call the Governor raciss.
City screws up the sewer utility? Blind eye. Patch and continue. Pollutes the Pearl River due to overflow. EPA doesn’t care.
City falling apart? People moving out cause they raciss.
Crime that is rarely matched per capita? Blind eye. Blame guns.
State tries to help clean up crime and court backlogs? OMG EMERGENCY! ALL HANDS ON DECK!! MARCH IN THE STREETS!! NAACP! RACISS!! FEDERAL COURTS!! AHHHH!!
It’s time to just let Jackson go. Move the Capitol and start over.

Would love if this could be pulled off for French Quarter/ CBD/ Warehouse District due to federal court and port.

Blacks ruling themselves?
How has that worked out in Africa?
Seriously.
Or any democratic run city with black leadership?
