Les never fired anyone. He suggested they take new jobs and he helped get them jobs at new schools. Kelly straight up fired these clowns and they deserved it.

Call it what you want, but he got rid of the entire defensive staff in 08. Chavis’s hiring had leaked before the bowl game vs Ga Tech.
