Hey, sounds creative....it would almost assuredly be found to be a pay-for-play contact. The people paying these NIL deals are often sophisticated businessmen. I promise you, if they could draft a contract that locks in a kid to a certain school they would had done so already. The reality is they can't under the current landscape. That's why you haven't seen it.
