Sighting 2-3pm on rousseau rd off of 1085 close to the bridge on that road. Headed towards Terra Bella subdivision. Need anyone available on 1085 working the streets. By ocshner Blvd and any of the surrounding areas!

Side note, I've always thought "Terra Bella" is an awful name. I know what it translates to but in English it just sounds like "terrible"
