re: What happened to House and this defense in one year?

Complexity of scheme, if not well taught and engrained into the players minds will lead to even a split second of indecisiveness…that’s all that is required for a defense to fail. That’s what I witnessed in 2023 season. Defense has to be played with all the thinking happening pre snap…then played instinctively, fast with furious aggression…something completely lacking as a full Defensive unit this past season
