Before shopping it, compare your dwelling coverage for this year vs last year's policy. I had a huge policy jump on mine because they tried to jump my Coverage A up 50%. My broker was able to reduce it some (only 25% bump) but made a big dent in the premium increase.

Dwelling last year: $474,200 - premium $2,550
Dwelling this year: $507,400 - premium $3,850
