Why do you presuppose that UW is not in itself a major job?
He wins next Monday, he puts Washington as a player and UW will bump his salary. Plus, Seattle as a place to live is better than all but a handful of places

Ok, who is the biggest coaching hire UW has had in the last 30 years? Chris Peterson, the coach from Boise State. UW is a good job, but its not Tier 1.
I would stay there, but lets not act like this is OSU, Bama, or USC.
