that’s complete conjecture on your part you can’t even tell if the ref looks at him. all he does is run in to #58 and #68 and go straight to the huddle
and that would be, presumably, immediately after #68 had just said he was reporting as eligible. why wouldn’t Allen clarify? none of it makes sense
