yes, a lot of what carr is blamed for is really on the coaching and game plans as well as no one being able to evaluate who the best players are.

but that said, its clear carr has major issues that affect his game, most notably, decision making under duress.

carr is like a bobby hebert, they will get you 9-10 wins a year and keep you in games as long as you surround him with a good team that can help them win, but they arent capable of putting the team on their shoulders with game winning drives
