I still don't get what an "opt out" is. They said FSU had 27 of them. But I only saw 10 guys that held out to get ready for the draft. So where is the 20+ coming from?
I did see that FSU had a lot of guys go to the portal. But UGA had 15 players go to the portal. So how is that any different?

Includes players in the transfer portal and perhaps some that may be persevering a red shirt
