Go to the store and get a smaller brisket, pork loin, chicken, etc, and sides. Put your chosen meat on your grill/smoker/oven, and proceed to preparing sides. Make bloody mary and relax as the smells of the fruits of your labor permeate the house and/or neighborhood.
