yall are agree with each other while arguing about two different things.
777 is right that the more immediate need for the majority of people is to focus on eating high-protein diets at a calorie deficit. Doing that alone will likely be enough to avoid seed oils and eating too much sugar.

Except he thinks things like canola oil and artificial sweeteners are ‘good’ and ‘ok’ for you. He has the studies to prove it!!!!!!!
I’d pay very special attention to the recent studies on sucralose which is in damn near everything now sadly.
