He was not hired to win a title immediately. He was hired to establish a culture that would lead to competing every year. I would say he on on pace so far.

Come on brother. He took over a bad program. We had one player drafted in the first 3 rds last year and won't have defensive player drafted in the 1st 3 rds this year either. Kelly didn't take over the same type of program Miles and O did. I actually think Saban's first team had more talent than Kelly's 1st team.
