I once did the calculations on the minimum toxic does of theobromine and dogs. Even with high quality milk chocolate a conservative minimum would be 1oz per pound. Given the chocolate to peanut butter in the Reese's cups even a 15lb terrier would need a lot of cups maybe in the two pound range.

My GSP pup ate about 20 mini Rece’s cups yesterday from my kids stocking.

As a precaution I gave her a teaspoon of salt. In a matter of 3 minutes she had puked 4 times and that emptied the stomach. . We were back to playing in 15 mins.
