You know the one that after said discovery phase Fox elected to pay Dominion 800 million and Tucker Carlson got fired? Any computer can be ‘hacked’ it doesn’t mean it was. Look at the people you are aligning yourself with for these accusations. Sydney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Lin Wood, etc. all of them have admitted under oath that their accusations were not true and that nobody should have believed them. They are grifters that preyed upon gullible Conservatives because Trump lost an election to a brain dead moron.

Stating that “no evidence exists” assumes that they actually looked for any and all instances of frickery.

The reality is that you are trusting a government agency that is basically saying “Relax, trust us,” when it comes to investigating another government entity (that may have had tacit approval of the investigating agency). I would trust these parking garage attendants more than I trust CISA at this point. Give me independent audits or STFU.
