Dudes track times are insane to me. Won the Texas 6A state 200 meter at 20.54 seconds as a junior. Then ran a 20.39 in April. I know the dude is small, but his tape shows a polished receiver. I think he’s underrated. Anybody see him in person?

He's rated fairly well...so I'm not sure he's a "sleeper".

He's the 27th ranked receiver in the country.

With Watkins and Durham, if the coaches can get them in space going North-South it's over.

IMO, this class is very underrated. There are a lot of explosive athletes who signed. Most importantly we got 6 high level OL. We signed four quality LBs. The DBs are not has highly rated as some of our other classes but they look to be SEC caliber. You don’t have to have 3-4 PP7 level players in each class. The DT was the biggest miss. We will have to pick up transfer DT next season.

T Hill is 5’9” 184 and is a grown man, arguably the best WR in the NFL and it’s all speed
J Watkins is 5’9” 161 and is a kid, is the fastest WR in high school this year at 17. Hopefully he grows an inch or so and will definitely put on some pounds. You can gain weight for sure and may grow a smidging but the one thing these guys do have in common is running a Sub 10.4 100, and a sub 21 200- And you can’t teach it, coach it or buy it. Hopefully he’s the next little cheetah.

A lot of these smallish speed guys don't pan out or make a big impact at the SEC level. Watkins doesn't have great hands. I could see him being a weapon with a lot of work, but I could also see him making minimal impact.

I don't think he has that quick twitch/explosiveness that you see from other top WRs. Straight line speed vs stop/start acceleration.

Hope I'm wrong.
