Unfortunately I think Rap is correct except I don’t think anything will get Allen canned this season. Things have already been horrific. The best we can hope for is they move on from Carmichael and whoever the o-line coach is. Who even knows if they’ll do that?

Eff it, run it back but no new high dollar contracts. Let this shite play out and run out the clock on the salary cap hell. 3-4 years of seasons like the current one then rebuild it all.

Pete will be the sacrificial lamb and “change” that Allen uses to get another year.

This used to be the old school way to have things happen, the team is ran an old school way (including playbooks) so it does make sense.

Team has a bad year (2022), shake some things up and look for improvements. No improvements (2023), blame coordinators and give HC another year (2024). Next year is terrible, get a new HC. If the cycle continues 2-3 times, then replace the FO. As much as this board wants to see the front office overturned, the reality is they just came off of the most successful run in franchise history. That will buy them a few Head Coaches.

Some HCs can scrap an extra year by turning over to a rookie QB and getting 1 more year. I would think DA being able to go out and get Carr (his pick) should avoid that happening.

TL/DR: IMO, DA gone after 2024, Loomis probably sticks around until he steps away or after 2028.
