If you work at any Government institution or Fortune 500 company, you absolutely have direct interaction with a diversity hire and more than likely you work for them, directly or indirectly.

Hopefully this IBM stuff will push companies that way. We have got to stop letting a bunch of foreigners and government bureaucrats dictate our hiring policies.
To the OP: My company is eaten up with it right now. A lot of professionals hired from black diploma mills who are supposed to be tech experts and can't wipe their own butt without someone holding their hand. It's getting ugly. Now they've started pumping them into the maintenance groups, so that should be a real gas.

This has been going on since well before ESG or CRT/DEI. I remember nearly losing my job in radio back in the early 90's because the FCC had heavily implied to station ownership that unless they hired someone black for the station I worked at, they would be denied the CP (construction permit) for a new station. Keep in mind that this station was a light rock station (the format was still very new at the time), had just come off being a satellite station less than a year earlier and that no one black had ever applied for any position there. Ever. We had to create a shift (3 hours carved out of the start of my evening shift) then actively recruit black applicants (of which, we ended up with only one applying).

Wrong. They are infiltrators and are a cancer. They become stronger and gobble up more and more institutions.
They continue to grow because weak men that would normally oppose them do not. You have to stand up to them at the very beginning of the process. Once they get DEI hires its over.
What needs to happen is the first moment a woke person demands to know the racial makeup of your leadershp, your workforce, or a board or committee you SHUT IT DOWN right then. you respond by saying you dont use race as a factor when hiring or appointing. You start demanding that DEI departments get eliminated and you actually do it.
You demand that the government stop tracking our races.
