These legal citizens of other countries have to be immunized to certain things according to international law. They are allowed to fly. The people coming across the border have no papers and certainly no immunization records. They have no passport or proof of who they are. Huge difference Tcuck.

This was a person on a commercial flight who (reportedly) had documents from an immigration office. That can only mean that the person has entry papers, and is therefore not “illegal.” As for the person’s immunization history, you know nothing.
