I don't get what some of you people expected. Wade was fired, LSU basketball had a bleak future, possible sanctions, nobody on the roster at all. McMahon literally had to build from nothing. This wad always a 3 or 4 year build. The dude had to get players just to he could field a team. It will grow. Give it time. Am I happy with the results so far? No. Am I happy with redshirting Chest? No. But I'm realistic. Maybe the guy has a plan. If we're not postseason worthy next season then re-evaluate, but he's not going anywhere this season.

I don’t believe the roster is as bad as the results. Which is my biggest concern with him thus far.

Wade built the McNeese program in one summer in which he wasn't allowed to go off campus to recruit. He is on a 2 year show cause. He couldn't coach for the first 10 games.
The excuses that the McMahon apologists give don't fly. Basketball is a sport in which team turnover will be a yearly occurrence. That is the new landscape. McMahon has not yet shown He can hang with the big boys.
