To reiterate, my complaint is with the marketing of the service. Nowhere in the description does it talk about contract drivers or tipping. I dont think that would be assumed.

And clealy there is a market of people like me who don't like that idea because they offer another service for $40 more that eliminates that.

Thats well worth it to me to avoid driving and going into the store.

I love the "you don't tip" comments. I have never not tipped at a dine in restaurant. I usually do 20 percent or more based on the service. Never less than 15 and thst wasike 2-3 times in 10 years and we eat out at least once a week.

So you just assumed that some poor SOB was going to shop for your groceries and bring it to you unlimited times a month for a pissy $12?
