It's for the delivery service from the local store and also like 1-2 day shipping as well type of service.

What you could do is still shop Wal-Mart groceries online and choose the pick up in store option. I do believe their employees actually shop those and they don't auto add tips to these. And this doesn't require plus, it's free. I have never tipped for curbside pickup, but I always tip for the grocery delivery service. The curbside pickup at my local Wal-Mart can be messy if you choose a later time though. Example would be a long wait.

Use the store pick up at Walmart. I started doing that during Covid and liked it so much I keep doing it. Saves me from impulse buys as well! I order on line, drive to the reserved order pick up spot, they put it in the SUV and I leave. Simple.
Also, the app remembers your previous orders and prompts you…so I don’t forget milk, or eggs, or stuff I order frequently.

Of course, the correctness of your order will depend on the person pulling it. Mine have always been correct, sometimes there is even a sample of a new type of apple they are carrying, something like that clearly marked as a freebie.

I think pick up is free for orders over $30 , but hitting that minimum is unfortunately never an issue. It honestly saves me money (no grabbing random stuff I don’t need and won’t cook) and TIME.
