not a doc but that seems like a lot of stims to be ingesting everyday, i imagine its still in your system when you try to go to bed. when i was prescribed and took daily, i would usually have to drink quite a bit to fall asleep for a few hours, was not a healthy routine

I don't have any problem falling asleep 90% of the time, when I do I'll take 10mg Ambien and I'm out. So, it hasn't been a big deal for me.
