I get my bonus every 4th pay period in the form of commissions. I'm not sitting around waiting to get some money, my company is very good about paying us when we produce revenue. With that said, I still got that extra $100 all the paycheck folks got. That's way better than the fricking ham I used to get at the last place. frick a ham or turkey as a gift, I'd rather get a company t-shirt
