This is the place to talk about non-Pels NBA stuff that doesn't need its own thread.

I just want to laugh at the Knicks, which is the team everyone always overhypes. What an embarrassing, ridiculous 2nd-half concession that was.

Watching start of Suns-Lakers. Does this court make the arena look really dark to anyone besides me?

The Pistons had lost 17 in a row, but they were at home tonight against the 5-14 Grizzlies -- a great chance to break the losing streak.

Did it happen? No, it did not.

Wherever rock bottom is for Detroit, we haven't seen it yet. I don't see how they can fire Monty, but I also don't see how they can't -- 18 straight losses and counting has to be disqualifying.

Is Draymond Green just misunderstood? Nurkic says, “hi”, I don’t think so.

Both Evan Mobley and Garland are expected to be out for an extended period of time. You have to think Cleveland may look to move Mitchell at the deadline.

I love that the Lakers lost to San Antonio tonight, but I also don't like the Spurs finding some confidence right before we play them.

I'm watching the Pistons at the Bucks, and the Bucks are currently up 43 to 20 at the end of the 1st period.

The Pistons are well on their way to losing their 23rd straight game (NBA record is 28).

Why am I watching this game? Because I think that most of the Pistons roster will be available for trades, and I want to check out the options.

As opportunies go to end this 24-game losing streak and sidestep the infamy of the all-time single-season record of 26, the Detroit Pistons get a good one at home tonight: The Utah Jazz without Lauri Markkanen, Jordan Clarkson, Keyonte George and Talen Horton-Tucker.

Jalen Duren has missed 19 games for the Pistons. He's back tonight, as the Pistons try to avoid setting the record and becoming the first NBA team to lose 27 straight games.

So far, the Pistons are out to a 9 to 1 lead! Is tonight the night?

EDIT: Now, the Pistons are up 20 to 7.

Detroit is up by 6 on the Raptors early in the 4th quarter. Is today the day?

UPDATE: The Pistons are up 11 with 5:50 left!
