I always find these weird because here is one sympton on borderline, and how do you know if you have one vs the other.
"Inappropriate, intense anger, such as frequently losing your temper, being sarcastic or bitter, or having physical fights"
This could be any sports fan or anyone on this board.

Because mood swings are a biproduct reaction of other symptoms in bipolar disorder like:
Transitioning from mania to depression.
Delusions.
Insomnia.
Racing thoughts.
Panic/anxiety attacks.
Impulsivity.
Any trigger, especially in the manic state, will cause the mood swing.
BPD is more like partying with 4 different people since they're all just different personalities that come out based on triggers. Triggers in someone who is BP1 are more like just mood swings.
