What contractual provisions were violated?

Does FSU even have standing to sue? These agreements are made at the conference level

If FSU lawyers can demonstrate extreme evidence of the committee has historically treated teams differently and been inconsistent, there could be a case. Hell the committee chairman used the justification to put Liberty in a NY6 game over SMU because they “just kept winning” this year… sounds pretty inconsistent to me
