The turnout in 2020 was insane, on both sides.
Trump ran it up in major GOP areas, which does him no good with the Electoral College.
He has to win the contested purple districts, which are where droves of moderate/traditional Republicans reject him.
This happened in 2018, 2020, and 2022. MAGA has only been effective in one national election: 2016. That's why they are so sparsely represented in Congress and the Senate.

... and in the PA blue counties where they illegally cured VBM ballots to be certain they'd count, those turnouts were insane.
... and even where the "count was short" like in Fulton, they pulled extra votes from under a table to create an insane count.
