Well now you have, except mine was a 35% decrease.
I moved from allstate to geico. Before that from state farm to allstate, just keep moving around.

I live in Louisiana - my new policy effective in December decreased 5%.

Same here. Mine jumped about 15% when it renewed. As did every one of my coworkers that I polled.
