For those interested, here’s a link to Golf Nola’s review of Cypress Lakes since their renovations have been completed.

The video is nice showing fly over of the holes. It looks like they just need a normal spring so the grass can grow.

I play it very often, just needs a good spring growing season and people keeping the carts where they belong to be very good. Green redo came out great.

Kyle is a great guy and very informative with his reviews. Although I haven't been able to play a round with him yet I am looking forward to it. He's related to my wifes family through marriage.

That was the first time I’ve seen his reviews. I watched a few others of courses I played that he did a review on. I have to say, every review I watched, including CL, I felt was 100% spot on. Dude does a great job with it.

Cypress Lakes

I only live about 15-20 Minutes away from Cypress Lakes and I just started playing golf again this summer so I haven't played it yet. I do play Riverlands and Grand Ridge a good bit so if you're ever looking to play and need someone to fill a spot shoot me an email and I'll send you my number.

Last time I went to Riverlands the greens were ok but everything else had gone to shite. It used to be in good condition all the time.

Riverlands is decent for the price and they offer a good junior rate for my kids. The one thing I like is they are actively working and trying to improve so I don’t mind going back for that sole reason.
