shitty diets
crazy women
unreasonable expectations
sedentary lifestyle
men are supposed to hunt, eat meat, ejaculate, and lift heavy shite. social media has many convinced to go an entire month without busting a nut and some of these guys try to do it. a lot of them play video games when they're not in an office instead of going to the gym or taking a daily walk.
im not saying these are the only problems, but society doesn't encourage men to be men any longer.
