I also sell on Walmart and eBay and neither of them has the problem Amazon does with fraud. This is also the sentiment of other sellers on the forums.

It's a problem Amazon has created for themselves.

Overly liberal return policies bring out the fraud. Where my SO works, they were accepting returns even on items that were not even carried by the store. If the item has been worn and damaged, they still honor the return. If the local store refuses the return, they call the main office to cajole a return.
