Josh Reed was a converted RB so it took his freshman year to figure it out. There was nobody better after the catch because of his RB background. I'll say Nabors was as good but better. Meh.

Anyone who thinks Josh Reed is in the conversation for best receiver in LSU history has to be a European or a woman. He is not in the same league as Malik Nabers, Jamarr Chase or Jetts. He was a very good receiver with great skills after the catch, but equal to Chase? Come on. He was the 36th pick in the draft and never reached 600 yards in an NFL season. He never made a Pro Bowl and was never considered an elite receiver in the league. In his best season he was the WR2 for the Bills with 60% of the production of the WR1. In his second and third best years he was the WR3. Come on, man. STOP!
