Assuming Washington wins the PAC12 championship game over Oregon, you absolutely slot the undefeated P5 champions first, no matter their actual seed.
That means FSU, Washington and Michigan are in.
Then you go from there, a one loss Bama vs one loss Georgia, with Bama winning in the only head to head. Texas has beaten Bama head to head.
Would like to see Georgia make a run at a three-peat, but if all that plays out, sorry.

Don’t know how I’d seed them, but that’s the four.
ETA: Forgot about Texas beating Bama heads up. Texas has to be in over Alabama.
