I believe he said he will just use the US dollar. Pretty easy. A lot of these third world countries use the US dollar a lot anyway. For any export or import its the US dollar that is primarily used worldwide.
Its the most stable currency and you wont have a central bank doing all the shenanigans to screw up the economy.

He should do like El Salvardor has and use the USD and BTC.

Our central bank will still be doing shenanigans and screwing up their economy, just like they do ours.
