The age of consent is 16 and the girl is 17, is what i understand the situation to be. Where did it occur? In oklahoma the age of consent is 16.
I think very clearly im arguing that he shpuldnt be called a pedo if the girl is above the age of consent.

Dude was 20 at the time and she was 15 or 16 regardless dude can have any of age girl and he choose a high school sophomore he should be in trouble for being a dumbass dude could have any women he wanted
